Convicted Former Roo'ra Member Go Young Wook Questions Yoo Jae Suk's Holiday Gift Habits in Latest Social Media Post cover

Go Young Wook, the former Roo’ra member convicted of sexual offenses against minors, has once again criticized national MC Yoo Jae Suk online.

According to Koreaboo’s report, Go shared a screenshot on October 6 of an article describing how Yoo Jae Suk sends Korean beef gifts to about 100 people every holiday. Alongside it, Go relayed stories he said he heard from a person who worked as Yoo’s manager for 16 years.

Go claimed he met the manager before the Chuseok holiday and that the manager confided he had never once received Korean beef from Yoo, despite working by his side for 16 years. He then questioned whether Yoo “only send[s] Korean beef where good stories will be publicized.”

This is not the first time Go has targeted the MC. Koreaboo noted he previously shared a screenshot of Yoo on MBC’s “Hangout With Yoo,” writing, “Is broadcasting that good? How much richer does he need to be to be satisfied?” He also commented, “This is a good chance to take a good rest,” after reports said Yoo canceled a recording due to the flu.

Go debuted as a member of Roo’ra in 1994. He was indicted over sexual assaults and molestation of minors between 2010 and 2012, and in 2013 the Supreme Court sentenced him to two years and six months in prison, plus five years on the public registry and three years of electronic monitoring.

No official response from Yoo Jae Suk’s side was mentioned in the report.
