AND2BLE’s agency has issued a formal warning after uncovering investment scams in Japan involving people impersonating the group’s management.
On October 5, YH Entertainment released a statement addressing the situation. The agency confirmed it has been verifying instances of investment fraud in Japan where scammers claim to be in charge of AND2BLE’s management.
According to the statement, AND2BLE’s official Japanese management is handled exclusively through SMD and Sony Music Entertainment (Japan) Inc. / EPIC Records Japan. The agency urged fans to be especially cautious about investment solicitations or financial transactions involving entities impersonating the artist’s official management agency.
The statement opened by thanking fans for their warm love and support before warning that the fraud specifically targets investors. No official statement was available from Sony Music Entertainment Japan regarding the matter.
