Hwang Min Hyun is back with new music. The singer and actor released his new digital single “OUR” on October 7 at 6 p.m. KST through various music sites.
The release comes about eight months after his previous single “Truth,” which he released in February. “OUR” contains three songs: the title track of the same name, “Know You Better,” and “Hotline.” An r/kpop post shared the “Know You Better” audio from the single.
The title track “OUR” is a medium-tempo pop song built on a minimal, guitar-centered sound. Its lyrics carry the message that even as time passes and the seasons and daily life change, the feelings two people have for each other stay the same. Across the single, Hwang Min Hyun moves between pop and R&B, bringing out different vocal colors from his previous releases. Ahead of the release, PLEDIS Entertainment unveiled the tracklist on social media, and Hwang Min Hyun also shared a music video teaser that previewed part of the new song along with glimpses of his performance and choreography.
Through his agency, Hwang Min Hyun explained, “It is a song that holds the feeling that even if many things change, the relationship called ‘us’ will not change and will stay just as it is.” He also asked listeners to pay attention to both the beat and the lyrics.
He added, “I am happy and excited to be able to meet Hwangdo through music after a long time. I will work hard so that the music shows and the fan meeting can become good memories that feel like a gift to Hwangdo. Thank you and I love you.”
After the music release, he will connect with global fans through an Asia fan meeting tour. The “2026 Hwang Min Hyun fan meeting ‘Dowon-gyeong’” runs October 16 to 18 at the Woori Bank Hall in Seoul, followed by Tokyo on October 21 and 22, Macau on November 7, and Taipei on November 27 — seven shows in total.
