KATSEYE’s “Animal” refuses to slow down. Two months after its release, the pre-release single from the group’s third EP “WILD” is climbing the charts again on both sides of the Atlantic, led by a double-digit jump in the United States.
According to a Sportsworld report citing Spotify’s latest weekly charts, covering October 2–8 and released October 10, “Animal” rose two spots to No. 48 on the Weekly Top Songs Global chart. The track has now spent 11 consecutive weeks on the chart, after previously peaking at No. 8.
The bigger move came stateside. On the Weekly Top Songs USA chart, “Animal” climbed 12 spots to No. 112 — rising on the global and US charts in the same week.
Title track “Hootie Frutti” is holding steady. It sits at No. 150 on the Weekly Top Songs Global chart for an eighth straight week, after peaking at No. 18. In the UK, the Official Singles Top 100 for the week of October 9–15 lists “Animal” at No. 79 and “Hootie Frutti” at No. 66 — 11 and 8 consecutive chart weeks. “Animal” remains the group’s highest UK peak at No. 12.
The chart gains arrive as KATSEYE expand their live schedule. Fresh off the European leg of THE WILDWORLD TOUR, the group kick off the North American leg in Miami on October 13, perform at the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show in Los Angeles on October 18, and join the 2026 iHeartRadio Jingle Ball Tour on December 1.
