Korea’s celebrity wedding season is in full bloom. According to AtStyle, the pink news began when former BIGBANG member T.O.P and actress Nana of After School confirmed their relationship on October 2, just 30 minutes after the dating report broke. The two met while filming a music video and have been a couple since June. Nana told fans she felt “a little embarrassed” but would date “beautifully and healthily.”
On October 4, three star couples got married on the same day. Former Nine Muses member Cho Ga-bin wed musical actor Hwang Min-soo after four years of dating, with her former bandmates singing their hit “Drama” as the congratulatory song. Actor Won Hyun-jun married Lee Soo-jin, and singer KCM held his wedding with Bang Ye-won, 14 years after the birth of their first daughter. Yoo Jae-suk emceed the KCM wedding and Kim Bum-soo sang.
More weddings are on the calendar. Actor-director Jang Dong-yoon married actress Kim Seung-yoon on October 10, and Kim’s sister is marrying actor Lee Yu-jin on November 14, making Jang and Lee in-law brothers. The couple also shared pregnancy news. Notably, both brides met their husbands through projects the grooms directed.
The lineup continues: comedian Han Yoon-seo married on October 11, Noel’s Kang Kyun-sung ties the knot on October 30, Yoon Jong-hoon weds Han Eun-seo on November 1, Lovelyz’s Jiae marries Kwak Si-yang on November 28, Laboum’s Yoo Jung and Ji Ye-eun both marry on December 12, and Baek Jin-hee’s wedding is set for January 23, 2027.
