Thai actor Tay Tawan has issued a belated public apology to Song Kang after photos from Paris Fashion Week showed him accidentally taking up the Korean actor’s seat.

According to Koreaboo, the two actors sat side by side in the front row at a fashion show in Paris, France, on October 2. Photos released afterward showed a clear contrast: Tay Tawan sat with his legs spread wide, while Song Kang sat with his legs together and his body turned inward.

After seeing the photos later, Tay Tawan realized he had been encroaching on Song Kang’s space. He took to X to apologize, writing, “Sorry Song Kang. I just realized I was taking up too much room with my legs,” and joked, “Next time, if I don’t notice, feel free to kick my legs, okay?”

Fans responded warmly. “Song Kang is really kind. He sat quietly throughout the event without a single complaint,” one wrote. Others praised him for sitting very politely, while some said they want to see the pairing together again.

The two attended the October 2 show during Paris Fashion Week, watching the runway from neighboring front-row seats. Despite the cramped seating, Song Kang was seen smiling subtly at the cameras, showing little sign of discomfort.

Tay Tawan’s good-humored apology appears to have only boosted the friendly attention on the duo, with fans calling it a cute moment between the two actors.
