Park Woojin has dropped the highlight medley for his second EP ‘SOLSTICE,’ giving fans their first proper listen to the new tracks ahead of release day.
The medley was shared on YouTube, as flagged by a new r/kpop post, and arrived right on schedule: according to the comeback schedule teaser reported by allkpop, the highlight medley was slated for October 5, followed by a time-attack film teaser on October 6.
The EP itself is set for release on October 13 at 6 p.m. KST across major streaming platforms, with a showcase planned for 8 p.m. the same day, per the Korea JoongAng Daily. The title ‘SOLSTICE’ refers to the moment the sun reaches one of its yearly extremes, signaling a change of season — a concept built around moving forward on a path chosen for oneself.
This marks Park’s first solo comeback in about a year and five months, and his first release since signing an exclusive contract with Para Music, home to the group YOUNITE, after parting ways with Brand New Music.
Park debuted as a member of project group Wanna One in 2017 after placing sixth on Mnet’s ‘Produce 101 Season 2,’ later joining AB6IX in 2019 as a rapper and dancer. He made his solo debut with the EP ‘Own’ in 2023.
With the full EP landing October 13, fans won’t have to wait long to hear the whole thing.
