BTS leader RM is asking fans to stop camping outside the group’s hotel in Peru, saying the constant crowds are leaving the members and staff unable to rest.
According to the original discussion, RM posted a message on Weverse shortly after arriving in Peru. He said it was his first visit to the country and that he was excited to be there, before asking fans to stop gathering in front of the building where the group is staying.
RM explained that people have been stationed outside the hotel all day long, and the situation is taking a toll on everyone inside. He wrote that members and staff are having a really hard time, with noise reaching into their rooms so badly that no one could rest.
The request comes as BTS continues its ARIRANG world tour in Lima, with upcoming shows at Estadio San Marcos. Local ARMY fan accounts have also been urging supporters not to share or seek out the members’ possible hotel location.
The plea echoes a similar message from V earlier this tour. In July, V asked fans on Weverse to stop coming to the group’s hotels, sharing that he had managed only about two and a half hours of sleep. Agency BigHit Music has said it will take legal action against privacy invasion, including unauthorized visits to artists’ lodgings.
He closed with thanks for the warm welcome — and one clear ask: let the members rest.
