Actress Chun Woo-hee made a surprise appearance at actor Lee Joo-seung’s new home on the October 9 broadcast of MBC’s “I Live Alone,” admitting it was the first time she had ever visited a male friend’s house.
According to Xports News, the episode followed Lee Joo-seung as he put the finishing touches on a bookshelf in his workshop, drilling with the help of his woodworking friend Yoon Jong-seok. Lee then hauled the finished shelf to a mystery house — his newly moved-in home.
The new place has three rooms and two bathrooms, much bigger than his previous one. The interior runs on a white and wood tone for a clean, warm feel, with a tidy dressing room, a sunlit bedroom with white bedding, and a personal workspace across from it. Code Kunst remarked that the new home feels brighter than the old one.
Lee confessed his bank account was left empty after the move, saying he took out a jeonse loan covering over 70 percent of the deposit. For housewarming gifts, Koo Seong-hwan and Kian84 sent a clothing care machine and a speaker, while Jeon Hyun-moo gifted the brand’s top-tier washer and dryer set after Lee jokingly asked for an affordable one. Code Kunst offered a lighting fixture.
To welcome his guests, Lee prepared a full spread of LA galbi, tomato egg stir-fry, and lamb skewers. Chun Woo-hee looked around the new home with curiosity throughout her visit.
“I Live Alone” airs every Friday at 11:10 p.m. KST on MBC.
