Kenshi Yonezu Announces Three Seoul Concerts for 2026-2027 'GHOST' World Tour at Inspire Arena cover

Japanese singer-songwriter Kenshi Yonezu will return to Korea in January 2027 for three solo concerts at Inspire Arena, Live Nation Korea announced. The Seoul dates are part of his “KENSHI YONEZU 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR / GHOST,” which adds new arena stops across Asia, North America, Europe, and the U.K. in early 2027.

The Korea concerts are set for Thursday, January 14 at 7:30 p.m., Saturday, January 16 at 7 p.m., and Sunday, January 17 at 7 p.m. Tickets go on sale Thursday, October 22 at 12 p.m. via NOL, with floor seats priced at 172,000 won and reserved seats ranging from 143,000 won to 165,000 won depending on section.

Beyond Seoul, the newly announced leg brings Yonezu to Singapore’s Indoor Stadium on January 29, followed by arena shows in Oakland, Los Angeles, Mexico City, Newark, and Toronto in February, before wrapping with London, Paris, and Amsterdam at the end of the month. General onsale for the international dates begins October 22 at 12 p.m. local time via LiveNation.com.

The January dates mark Yonezu’s second visit to Korea, about two years after his first solo concerts at the same venue on March 22 and 23, 2025 — both of which sold out quickly, drawing some 22,000 fans over two nights for a 24-song set. At the time, he promised the crowd, “I’ll definitely come back, so please take care of me then,” according to Sports Kyunghyang.

Yonezu first made his name in the Vocaloid scene as “Hachi” before debuting under his own name in 2012. His 2018 single “Lemon,” the theme for the TBS drama “Unnatural,” became a cultural phenomenon in Japan, topping the Billboard Japan year-end chart for two consecutive years and surpassing 990 million YouTube views — the most for any Japanese artist.

His album “STRAY SHEEP” reached No. 7 on the IFPI Global Album chart, the highest placement ever for a Japanese artist, and became the first album in Oricon history to pass 3 million cumulative points. The “Chainsaw Man” opening theme “KICK BACK” was the first Japanese-language song to enter Spotify’s Global Top 50 and earned RIAA Gold and Platinum certifications, while “IRIS OUT” from “Chainsaw Man – The Movie: Reze Arc” became the fastest song to reach 100 million streams in Billboard Japan history

His most recent outing, the “KENSHI YONEZU 2025 WORLD TOUR / JUNK,” drew 440,000 attendees across Japan, Asia, Europe, and the United States, marking his first-ever shows in Los Angeles, New York, London, Paris, and Seoul.

With the Seoul run expanded from two nights to three, the January concerts are shaping up as one of the first major international arena runs of 2027 in Korea.
