Comedian Kim Shin-young has added yet another license to her growing collection — this time as a certified rice sommelier.
According to MBC Entertainment News, the October 9 broadcast of MBC’s “I Live Alone” (episode 668) followed Kim Shin-young as she took on the “rice sommelier” certification course. She revealed that she skipped breakfast for the first time in 16 years to prepare for the taste test, stunning everyone in the studio.
When her fellow Rainbow members pressed her about the results, Kim looked downcast and said, “It turned out that way,” prompting Code Kunst to remark that the exam must really be hard. She then revealed that she had brought her completion certificate and proudly showed off the rice sommelier license.
The new certification joins her recreation instructor, acting education, life insurance, and property insurance licenses, cementing her reputation as a dedicated “license collector.”
A proud Kim told Dawn, “I’ll cook you delicious rice,” beaming at her latest achievement.
