Lee Joo-yeon openly shared her wish to get married while filming for her YouTube channel on October 12.
According to an OSEN report, a new video titled “Want to join me for a small but special Han River rice-picnic?” was uploaded to her channel ‘이주의 주연’ on October 12. In the video, Lee made rice burgers for a Han River picnic, with her mother preparing the ingredients in advance.
The filming got off to a shaky start despite the prepped ingredients. She cooked along with a YouTube tutorial and surprised viewers by using a bread knife to slice pickled radish. When asked which dish she feels confident cooking, she admitted, “I’m trying to find one gradually,” adding that she wants to challenge herself with harder dishes. Staff warned her against jumping to harder recipes, and she replied that she needs at least one dish she can cook really well so that she can get married.
She surprised the crew again by skipping washing her fruit. When a staff member teased, “You know you have to wash tangerines too, right?” she shot back, “I can’t come off looking like a fool. I need to get married.”
