Lee Kwang-soo’s paid fan messaging service has become the entertainment industry’s favorite topic — and even Yoo Jae-suk couldn’t dodge the Bubble talk on the latest “Pinggyego” episode.
According to a NewsEN report published October 10, the segment titled “The Detective Game Is Just An Excuse” on the Tteun Tteun YouTube channel opened with the production staff asking Yoo Jae-suk whether he had seen “Gwang-soo oppa’s Bubble,” calling it everyone’s biggest concern right now.
Yoo Jae-suk played coy, saying he follows everything Kwang-soo does but drew the line at the logistics. “It’s too complicated. I’d have to install the app too,” he said, before asking whether it costs money. When told it runs 5,000 won per person, he cracked, “I can’t spend 5,000 won on Kwang-soo,” sending the set into laughter.
The staff then dropped their own confession: four members of the team had already signed up. Yoo Jae-suk quickly did the math — 20,000 won — and saw right through them, joking they joined once out of curiosity to see how the service is run and to keep tabs on things.
Lee Kwang-soo launched his Bubble on October 1. His witty, high-energy communication style has drawn buzz far beyond his fanbase, with reports that even idol members and other stars have subscribed or mentioned it.
No word yet on whether Yoo Jae-suk will cave and install the app — but for now, Lee Kwang-soo’s Bubble has at least four new celebrity-adjacent subscribers on the production side of the camera.
