Supermodel So-ra Choi is officially a mom. The Korean top model has welcomed her first child, a baby girl, seven years after marrying photographer Lee Kobe.
According to the original Korean report, Choi shared the birth news on her own SNS on October 12, posting a photo of herself holding her newborn daughter and beaming with joy as a first-time mother.
Additional photos gave fans a closer look at the baby. The newborn is wrapped in a soft white swaddle and lies on a small wooden bed, gazing at a black-and-white book titled “Hello, MY WORLD.” A mirror selfie also caught Choi herself snapping the moment on her phone.
In an interview published October 1, Choi had already teased the news, revealing that she and her husband combined their surnames — Lee and Choi — to name their daughter “Lee Choi,” a name she had picked out before even getting pregnant.
Choi kept modeling through her pregnancy, most notably walking the finale of Chanel’s 2026 Metiers d’art show in May with her baby bump. She first rose to fame after winning an OnStyle modeling competition in 2012, going on to walk runways for Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, and Prada. She married Lee Kobe in a private ceremony in Bali, Indonesia, in 2019.
No further details were shared, but Choi’s happy announcement says it all: the couple’s seven-year wait for their first child is over.
