NCT WISH’s Yushi and Riku have become the center of a heated online debate after clips from their recent appearance on the variety show Workman went viral.
The two idols appeared on Workman alongside fromis_9 member Jiwon, and two clips from the episode have become the target of criticism.
In the first clip, Yushi made a mess while preparing food. Jiwon then “scolded” him after he was told to clean it up, but he left behind a lot of mess and seemingly made things worse, drawing complaints about his attitude on set.
A second clip showed Jiwon pointing out that whenever the two NCT WISH members spoke in Japanese, she could not understand them, which added fuel to the negative reaction in the comments.
Netizens on the community forum theqoo did not hold back. “If you can’t do the job properly, at least have a decent attitude,” one comment read. Another wrote, “Seems like there’s a problem every time they appear on a variety show,” while a third added, “They’re always trending on the popular posts page for stuff like this.”
