Song Hye-kyo Revisits 16-Year-Old Film Moments with Kang Dong-won from 'Love for Sale' cover

Song Hye-kyo took fans on a trip down memory lane on October 7, sharing a nostalgic still of herself and Kang Dong-won from the 2010 film project “Love For Sale” with the caption, “Let me go back to my 20s for a moment.”

The photo is a still from a newly re-edited music video cut from “Love For Sale,” the film in which the two actors starred together 16 years ago. In the still, Song Hye-kyo and Kang Dong-won share a warm embrace.

“Love For Sale” was one of three short films in the 2010 omnibus movie “Camellia,” a project that brought together directors from Korea, Thailand, and Japan. It was directed by Jang Joon-hwan with cinematography by Hong Kyung-pyo, and drew attention at the time for the pairing behind the camera.

The re-edited footage recently resurfaced in the music video for singer Joo Hyung-jin’s new song “Autumn Night,” released on September 29. According to Xports News, it was Kang Dong-won himself who proposed re-editing the film footage for the video, as a favor for his longtime friend Joo Hyung-jin.

Song Hye-kyo also shared a link to the music video alongside the photo, drawing renewed attention to the 16-year-old work.

Meanwhile, Song Hye-kyo is awaiting the release of her upcoming Netflix series “Cheoncheonhi Gangryeolhage.
