Watch: Kwak Jin-eon Joins Sung Si-kyung for Duet Stage on KBS 2TV's "the Seasons" cover

Kwak Jin-eon joined host Sung Si-kyung on stage for a duet of “내 마음에 비친 내 모습” (“The Me Reflected in My Heart”), pairing his deep, weighty low register with Sung’s sweet tone.

According to a KBS report published on October 9, the performance took place on the latest episode of “The Seasons,” KBS 2TV’s live late-night music talk show where artists of various genres deliver special live stages.

Kwak also performed his song “자랑,” letting his signature deep voice carry the calm lyrics, and reworked his track “퇴사할게여” into a sad acoustic-guitar version for a different kind of charm. Between songs, the two traded playful banter. Sung Si-kyung remarked, “Talking with him, I found out he’s a fun person,” to which Kwak cheekily replied that he is “an even funnier person,” drawing laughter from the studio.

Kwak then surprised everyone by performing an unprompted “BAD” dance, a goofy moment that flipped the mood and earned him the affectionate nickname “Gwak-san” (Mt. Gwak) on the spot.

Fellow guest Lee Jin-ah opened her segment with a piano solo of “처음,” layering her clear, delicate voice over simple piano lines. Recently becoming a mother, she also announced her new song “Journey of Dreaming,” saying she concluded that “having dreams and loving someone until becoming grandparents is happiness.”

“The Seasons” airs every Friday at 10:20 PM on KBS 2TV, offering a cozy late-night mix of music and conversation.
