Tarzan Sings Sung Si Kyung's 'in the Street' with Sweet Vocals After Konkuk Festival Fall

Tarzan Sings Sung Si Kyung's 'in the Street' with Sweet Vocals After Konkuk Festival Fall cover

ALLDAY PROJECT’s Tarzan is doing just fine after his scary stage fall — and he proved it by serenading the original singer of the song he loves most.

Tarzan appeared on the October 9 broadcast of KBS 2TV’s ‘Sung Si Kyung’s Eardrum Boyfriend,’ looking healthy and upbeat alongside his fellow ALLDAY PROJECT members. The group said they felt much more relaxed than their last appearance, joking that the five of them get along like siblings.

The show took a fun turn when Tarzan revealed a hidden talent. Born in 2002, he said he grew up singing Sung Si Kyung’s hit song ‘In The Street’ since elementary school — and even joked that singing it used to get him a girlfriend the next day.

Tarzan then performed ‘In The Street’ right in front of Sung Si Kyung himself. Instead of the powerful stage presence he is known for, he delivered the song with a sweet, soft voice that stunned the original singer. Sung Si Kyung could not hide his surprise and praised Tarzan’s charm, joking that he wanted to try singing it with Tarzan’s hairstyle and outfit.

The appearance comes after Tarzan’s fall at a Konkuk University festival, where a crowd-surfing attempt went wrong when the audience failed to catch him. He immediately got back up, moved toward the stage, and checked on the audience’s safety, apologizing to the crowd. No health issues were reported afterward.

Tarzan’s group, ALLDAY PROJECT, also talked about the challenges of being a co-ed group — saying blending different vocal tones within a single song took time to get right.
