Watch: TOUCHED Unveils Documentary Teaser Following Release of 1st Full Album '극야 (Kaamos)'

South Korean rock band TOUCHED has shared a documentary teaser for their first full-length album ‘극야 (Kaamos),’ uploading the clip to their official YouTube channel just days after the record’s release, continuing the band’s first full-length album campaign.

The video, titled ‘극야 Documentary Teaser | TOUCHED 1st full album,’ appeared on the band’s official channel (@touched_official). The teaser arrives as the group rolls out promotional content around the album, which dropped on October 15.

According to SBS Entertainment News, ‘극야’ — which translates to ‘Polar Night’ — was released across streaming platforms at noon KST on October 15, marking TOUCHED’s first full-length album since their 2021 debut. The record spans 12 tracks, and its title draws on the natural phenomenon in which the sun never rises above the horizon, leaving night to persist.

Their agency MPMG Music explained that the band compared emotions that do not easily fade over time to an endless night, expressing each member’s own ‘night’ — frustration, resentment, loss, and solitude — through music. The album was produced with support from the CJ Cultural Foundation’s musician support program ‘Tune Up,’ per SBS.

The album carries double title tracks ‘Fallen Angel’ and ‘Farewell Star,’ both of which the band had already previewed on major festival stages earlier this year. The physical album comes in two formats — a digipak standard edition and a box-type special edition — and the CD includes exclusive narrations bridging the songs so all 12 tracks flow as a single continuous piece, according to SBS.

MPMG Music has not issued a statement about the documentary project itself. The clip is the latest in a string of rollout content that has included a mood film and an MV teaser for ‘Fallen Angel.’

TOUCHED debuted in 2021 and has built a steady following through live shows and festival appearances, including a set at Incheon Pentaport, according to allkpop. With the album now out, the documentary teaser extends the album’s ongoing rollout.
