Beogeo-Hyeong Drops Feel-Good Cheer Song 'Cheer up, My Friend' Produced by Hitmaker Yoo Hae-Jun cover

Actor and YouTuber Park Hyo Jun, better known as Beogeo-Hyeong, has released a feel-good new single produced by hitmaker Yoo Hae Jun. The track, titled “Cheer Up, My Friend,” dropped on October 13 at 6 p.m. KST through Cheong Entertainment across major global streaming platforms.

According to Sports Kyunghyang, the song is an upbeat cheer anthem built on fast tempos, a funky groove, and a blend of pop rock and dance elements. Its lyrics carry a message of warm comfort and positive energy aimed at everyone grinding through the harshness of modern life.

Beogeo-Hyeong delivers the track with his signature husky, rough vocal texture. Lines like “Raise your glass, my friend, living has been hard” and “Tomorrow will be better than today” pair his sincere, old-school ballad-style singing with the song’s bright tempo for an emotional punch.

Producer Yoo Hae Jun said he wanted the song to carry one hopeful message: that having a friend to raise a glass with is already a kind of happiness. He added that he hopes the track becomes an “energy station” that leaves listeners both smiling and deeply moved.

Yoo is known as a sentimental singer-songwriter behind tracks like “Only You for Me” and “Crazy Missing You,” as well as the composer of hits such as Park Wan Kyu’s “Love of a Thousand Years,” Jung Jae Wook’s “Goodbye,” and Lee Chang Sub’s “Heavenly Love.” No official statement was available from Cheong Entertainment beyond the release announcement.

“Cheer Up, My Friend” is now available on all major music streaming platforms.
