SECHSKIES leader Eun Ji-won has opened up about one of the most frightening moments of his life: a fall accident that left one of his legs completely unresponsive, leaving him convinced he had become paralyzed from the waist down.
According to Sports Chosun, Eun shared the story on the October 10 episode of KBS2’s ‘살림하는 남자들2’ (Salimnam 2). The topic came up after 41-year veteran actor Jung Bo-seok described stretching in bed every morning after waking up, explaining that sudden falls when getting out of bed are more common than people think.
Hearing that, Eun admitted he had his own fall. “One of my legs wouldn’t move, so I thought to myself, ‘I must have become paralyzed from the waist down,’” he recalled, describing the shock of the sudden stiffness. He later went to the hospital, where he received around seven steroid injections for the injury — a detail that showed just how serious the situation was.
The original report also noted that Eun married in 2010 and divorced in 2012, before remarrying last year — 13 years later — to a stylist nine years his junior.
The episode aired on October 10, with Jung Bo-seok appearing as a guest showing his daily life as a cosmetics company CEO.
