Hearts2Hearts’ ‘FOCUS’ has surpassed 100 million streams on Spotify, becoming the fourth song by the SM Entertainment girl group to reach the milestone. SM Entertainment announced the achievement on October 26, according to a report by THE FACT.
‘FOCUS’ was released in October last year as the title track of the group’s first mini-album, meaning the song reached the 100-million mark roughly a year after its release. It now joins ‘The Chase,’ ‘STYLE,’ and ‘RUDE!’ as Hearts2Hearts songs to have passed 100 million Spotify streams. The 100-million threshold remains a widely watched benchmark for K-pop acts, and reaching it is a public measure of a song’s long-term reach rather than just its opening-week impact.
Built around a house-based sound, ‘FOCUS’ also drew international critical attention. The track placed at No. 11 on American music magazine The Fader’s list of the 51 best songs of 2025, the highest placement for a K-pop song on that list, according to the report.
The milestone is notable for what it says about the shape of the group’s catalogue. The eight-member group — Jiwoo, Carmen, Yuha, Stella, Juun, A-na, Ian, and Ye-on — now has four separate songs past 100 million streams, which suggests listeners have followed several releases in succession rather than gathering around a single breakout track. The combination of a strong critical showing and a commercial streaming milestone also gives ‘FOCUS’ a double distinction within that catalogue: it is both a song critics singled out and one of the songs listeners have returned to most.
The group has kept up a busy release schedule this year. Its 2026 output has included ‘RUDE!,’ its second mini-album ‘Lemon Tang,’ and its first Japanese single ‘ICONIC HEART.’ On October 16, the group also released the collaboration single ‘Next Chapter’ for the 10th anniversary of the game Arena of Valor.
With ‘FOCUS’ now past 100 million streams, attention turns to which Hearts2Hearts song will be the next to reach the mark — and how far ‘FOCUS’ itself climbs from here.
