IVE’s Ahn Yujin is serving doll-like visuals in Paris.
According to a Newsis report published on October 11, the IVE member shared photos on her social media on October 9, taken during her time in Paris, France. The photos show her in a waist-baring yellow sleeveless top and jeans, highlighting her long limbs and balanced proportions.
A second photo shows her strolling the Paris streets in a short trench coat, with a relaxed, pictorial-like mood.
With attention on her fit figure, fans revisited how she manages her diet. Per the report, Yujin avoids simply starving herself, instead recording her daily calorie intake and nutrients. Last August, she appeared on the YouTube channel ‘요정재형’ and opened up about her past extreme dieting, saying there was a time when she ate just one meal of tteokbokki a day and drank only water.
Now, she says she uses an app to track what she eats. “It organizes the numbers for me, so I feel reassured that I ate in the right balance,” she said on the show. She sets her daily calorie goal based on her height and weight and calculates how much carbohydrate, protein, and fat she can take in.
The report also cited a 2021 meta-analysis by a University of Cambridge team published in Obesity Reviews, which found that people who digitally recorded their diet and activity lost on average 2.87 kg more than those who did not. No official statement was available.
