Jeon Hyo-seong, a member of girl group SECRET, has reconnected with her Japanese fans for the first time in a decade. On October 12, she shared photos and a heartfelt message from her very first Japanese fan meeting.
According to Herald Muse, the singer posted on her channel: “Our first Japanese fan meeting in 10 years. It has been a long time since we last met, but thanks to everyone’s warm support, even though it was a short time, I was truly happy. Please let us be together forever.”
She also thanked the Korean fans who made the trip: “I’m so grateful to the Korean Secret Time who flew in from Korea,” she wrote, referring to the group’s fanbase.
The photos showed Jeon looking doll-like with wavy blonde hair and glamorous stage makeup, posing with one finger to her lips. In another shot, she wore a brown-and-blue mixed top layered with a sheer cardigan, radiating an innocent charm.
SECRET recently returned to activity with a new member. The group, now including Yebin, re-formed and made a comeback in June with the special mini album “Secret Flavor.”
No further Japanese dates were announced. Fans online are hoping the long-awaited reunion will lead to more events.
