Kang So-ra is not taking impersonators lightly. The actress had a blunt message for anyone who might pretend to be her: they will be fed “prison food.”
Her eyes widened the moment the idea came up during a new episode of her YouTube series “Sora’s Solplay,” according to an OSEN report. The episode, posted on October 9, shows Kang visiting a PC cafe to try out a martial arts game as a self-described beginner.
While playing as her character Jo Hwal, the game’s story took a shady turn: another character named Jo Hwa was caught impersonating a low-ranking member of the Sichuan Tang clan, using the clan’s name to scam people out of money and charm women. As the plot unfolded, the production crew asked Kang what she would do if someone impersonated her.
She answered without hesitation: “Feed them prison food,” responding so sharply it sounded like there was nothing to think about. But she cracked a smile a moment later, adding a playful twist: “But what if they impersonated me and did good deeds? I probably wouldn’t expose the impersonation,” drawing laughs.
Kang, who has openly shared her genuine love for martial arts stories, was quickly hooked on the game. She was drawn to its graphics, which reminded her of games from the 2000s.
The playful warning was all in good fun, and fans can catch the full gaming episode on Kang So-ra’s YouTube channel.
