Broadcast personality Nam Chang-hee is going to be a dad. His wife Yoon Young-kyung is 23 weeks pregnant with their first child, due around next February, Star News reported.

According to the outlet’s exclusive report, the couple — married February 22 at the Dynasty Hall of Seoul’s Shilla Hotel — will welcome their baby just eight months after the wedding. Nam, 44, is nine years older than his 1991-born wife; they dated about four and a half years before tying the knot.

Yoon recently ended her six-year civil servant career in the public relations division of Seoul’s Dongdaemun District Office. She announced her resignation on Instagram on October 1, writing she was leaving “with only good memories” for “a new world.” She is expected to focus on prenatal care and birth preparations.

Nam debuted in 2000 through SBS’s ‘Happy Saturday’ and has appeared on ‘Radio Star’ and ‘Hangout with Yoo,’ plus dramas like ‘Rustic Period,’ ‘My Love from the Star,’ and ‘Mr. Sunshine.’ He currently co-hosts KBS Cool FM’s ‘Mr. Radio’ with comedian Yoon Jung-soo.

Yoon rose to prominence as a runner-up at the 83rd National Chunhyang Contest in 2013. She appeared in the film ‘Ode to My Father’ and several dramas, earning the nickname “Han River IU” for her resemblance to IU after a 2014 ‘Infinite Challenge’ special.

No official statement was available from the couple beyond the report. The news comes months into their marriage, and fans will be watching for updates as the February due date approaches.
