OMEGA X's Agency IPQ Announces New Statement on Delayed Ticket Refunds for Bangkok, Manila, and Jakarta Asia Tour Stops cover

OMEGA X’s agency IPQ has issued a new statement on the delayed ticket refunds for the group’s cancelled Asia tour stops, apologizing to fans and publicly pressing both the local organizer and the ticketing platform to act.

The statement, which surfaced on r/kpop as an image of the official notice, is aimed at fans awaiting concerts in Bangkok, Manila, and Jakarta. IPQ says it deeply regrets the inconvenience caused first by the cancellations and then by the refund delays.

IPQ says it terminated its contract with organizer 004 Asia Entertainment after the company failed to meet its contractual obligations and to provide the information needed to verify the shows could go ahead. Since problems emerged, the agency has repeatedly demanded the organizer and Ticketmelon process refunds.

004 Asia Entertainment said refunds would proceed sequentially from September 30 — but IPQ has yet to receive specifics on processing status or a completion schedule, and refunds remain outstanding. IPQ says it is monitoring the refunds’ actual execution, urging the organizer on, and has contacted Ticketmelon repeatedly to demand an official response.

The cancelled dates belong to OMEGA X’s 1st Asia Tour [BEYOND]: Bangkok (October 24), Jakarta (November 14), and Manila (November 28). Korea and Macau shows were unaffected, and the group is set to perform in Seoul on October 17 with member XEN rejoining.

For now, ticket holders still await a concrete refund timeline, and IPQ says it will keep pressing the organizer and the platform until refunds are completed.
