Seo Hyun Jin is throwing herself into her health after the fallout from a 2.6-billion-won jeonse fraud case — and her former co-star Jeon Hye Bin just shared the first real glimpse of how she’s doing.
In a YouTube Shorts video titled ‘What Happens When the Two Oh Hae Youngs Meet,’ a nod to their co-starring roles in tvN’s 2016 drama ‘Another Miss Oh,’ Jeon Hye Bin said their once travel-heavy meetups — including a trip to Antarctica — have become marathon health conversations. Of three hours together, she said, about two hours and 45 minutes now go to talk of food, nutrition, and supplements.
She explained that Seo Hyun Jin’s total emotional immersion in her roles comes at a physical cost: ‘When she’s sad, her whole body aches,’ Jeon Hye Bin said in Korean, adding that after years of emotionally demanding performances, the actress now pays close attention to her health.
The update follows her jeonse ordeal, first reported by NewsSpirit last year: unable to recover the deposit on her leased home, Seo Hyun Jin applied for an auction herself. Court records show a 2.5-billion-won jeonse contract signed in April 2020, renewed at 2.625 billion won in 2022, with auction proceedings beginning in April last year on an underwater ‘kkangtong jeonse’ lease.
No official statement has been issued — her agency, Management Soop, told NewsEn the matter was private and difficult to confirm — making Jeon Hye Bin’s account the most detailed update yet on the actress’s recovery.
