SHINee’s Onew has wrapped his three-night Seoul solo concert and used the finale to look ahead, surprising fans with a teaser pointing to a comeback in February 2027.
According to MBC Entertainment, Onew closed the show at Olympic Hall in Olympic Park, Songpa-gu, Seoul, after a three-day run from October 30 to November 1, following earlier stops in Tokyo and Taipei.
The report describes a concert built around live performance: Onew moved between the main stage and an extended stage with a live band, while special effects and video segments shaped the production. Fans answered with a flash event and group singalongs.
The setlist opened with a rock version of ‘TOUCH LOVE,’ the title track of his fifth mini album, followed by ‘Flex on me’ and the Japanese original song ‘Lily.’ The mood then shifted to more emotional material, including ‘On the way’ and ‘Rain On Me.’ Onew later performed solo signature songs with dancers, including ‘Conversation,’ ‘Tic Tac Toe,’ and ‘beat drum,’ before showing his vocal control on ‘Focus,’ ‘Caffeine,’ ‘Lie,’ ‘O (Circle),’ ‘Chakgak,’ and ‘Winner.’
Singer Yuju appeared as a special guest for a duet performance. The show closed with ‘ANIMALS’ and ‘TOUGH LOVE,’ followed by ‘beat drum’ as the final encore song.
Reflecting on the Seoul dates, Onew thanked his fans, known as Jjingu. In a translated remark reported from the stage, he said their support over the past three days had become great energy for him, and thanked them for letting him hold what he called the happiest concert in the world.
The biggest surprise came at the end, when a comeback announcement video was shown without warning. It included music videos for solo songs released since Onew joined GRIFFIN Entertainment, and displayed February 2027 as the release month for his sixth mini album. No exact date or title was given, so fans must wait for a formal announcement.
The teaser lands at the end of a busy solo run. His fifth mini album, ‘TOUGH LOVE,’ arrived in March, and he followed it in October with his first single album, ‘Chakgak,’ whose tracks included the ZICO collaboration ‘Tic Tac Toe,’ which later earned a music show trophy.
For now, the February 2027 window is the headline, giving Jjingu a clear date range to watch as GRIFFIN Entertainment prepares the official comeback announcement.
