Watch: K/DA Drop 'FIRESTARTER' Official MV Featuring I-dle's Miyeon, Soyeon and More

Virtual K-pop group K/DA has unveiled the official music video for its new single “FIRESTARTER.”

The video premiered on the official League of Legends YouTube channel and quickly surfaced on Reddit’s r/kpop, where fans zeroed in on the collaboration lineup. K/DA is the virtual girl group built around League of Legends champions, and its releases routinely pull the game’s music audience into the K-pop conversation.

According to the official video title, “FIRESTARTER” is billed as featuring Miyeon and Soyeon of i-dle alongside Sophie Powers and Mimi Webb. The i-dle duo are returning K/DA collaborators: they provided vocals for the group’s 2018 debut single “POP/STARS,” which topped charts worldwide after its Worlds opening ceremony premiere.

The song wears its title on its sleeve, with a chant-like hook built around the lines “Imma start a fire” and “Imma fire starter,” per the official lyrics shared with the video.

Riot Games has not issued a separate statement about the release; the music video itself serves as the announcement.

The “FIRESTARTER” music video is streaming now on the League of Legends YouTube channel.
