Yoo Yeon-seok and Seo Hyun-jin are about to fight over the truth. MBC’s upcoming Friday-Saturday drama “Liar” has dropped its main teaser, centering on the two leads locked in a tense clash of opposing memories.
According to Herald Muse, the teaser was released on October 15. The drama follows two people who make completely opposite claims about one shared memory and collide fiercely as they chase the truth.
The clip opens with what looks like a perfect first date, with cautious, fluttering moments of closeness, before the mood flips with the line that nobody knows what life holds even an inch ahead. From there, the two are shown running, falling, and throwing themselves into each other, holding nothing back as the battle over truth escalates.
Yoo Yeon-seok plays Min Jun-ho, while Seo Hyun-jin plays Kang Ji-seon, and the teaser leans hard on the charged dynamic between the two leads.
“Liar” premieres on October 30 at 9:50 p.m. on MBC.
