Byun Yo Han’s crime film “Tazza 4” is showing no signs of slowing down, crossing 1.74 million cumulative admissions and closing in on the 2 million mark.
According to Sports Chosun, “Tazza: Song of Belzebub” (Tazza 4) held second place at the Korean film box office in its third week of release, including the Hangeul Day holiday weekend, entering a long-term run.
The film carries a 93% CGV Golden Egg score, signaling strong audience satisfaction. It is also the only R-rated Korean film released in the second half of the year, finding a sweet spot with viewers in their 20s and 30s as a cathartic pick for adult audiences.
As of Friday, it ranked eighth at the 2026 Korean film box office, the only restricted-rating title on that list. With word of mouth holding steady, the film is expected to keep climbing in its fourth week.
Based on Huh Young-man’s classic manhwa “Tazza,” the film is the final installment of the series. It follows a man who built everything through an online casino business and the same-named friend who took it all away, as the two face off again at a global gambling table in a game of revenge. It stars Byun Yo Han, Noh Jae-won, and Miyoshi Ayaka, and is directed by Choi Kook-hee (“Split,” “Default,” “Life Is Beautiful”).
