AOMG’s first girl crew Keyveatz wrapped its first solo fan live stage on October 15, performing every track from its debut mixtape ‘A1’ live for fans at Hyundai Card Understage in Yongsan, Seoul.
According to Sports Kyunghyang, the show — titled ‘Keyveatz, LIVE [CREW A1]’ — commemorated the crew’s first mixtape, released September 30. The five members — YooI, Kang Yesul, Um Jiwon, Son Juwon, and Kim Yuna — made their official debut in June with their first EP ‘OXY_GEN’.
The group opened with the mixtape’s title track ‘A1’, then performed all five mixtape songs live with hand microphones alongside DJ Kirin: Kang Yesul and Kim Yuna’s unit track ‘ONLY WE’, Son Juwon’s ‘DOC’, Um Jiwon’s ‘CRAZY (Feat. Coogie)’, and YooI’s ‘OKUTANI’. They also revisited debut-era songs ‘OXY’, ‘Key beats’, ‘SUCK IT UP’, and ‘Catch My Breath’. The setlists for the solo and unit stages were chosen on the spot together with the audience.
‘Today, you are not in the audience seats but in the crew seats,’ the members told fans during the show, explaining that their trainee-era pre-team name was ‘Crew A1’ and that they had prepared the concert like a crew party.
The show closed with a surprise birthday party for Kang Yesul, who turned emotional during ‘SUCK IT UP’ and the celebration.
Keyveatz also teased more to come: ‘There will be more days we meet in November,’ promising activity after the October 15 show, which came four months after their debut showcase ‘OXY_GEN : MESSY ROOM’.
