Kim Jae-hwan to Hold First Solo Concert Since Military Discharge in Seoul on October 31 cover

Kim Jae-hwan will return to a solo concert stage for the first time since completing his mandatory military service, headlining the “2026 Kim Jae-hwan Concert [Blank]” at Seoul’s Blue Square Woori WON Banking Hall on October 31 and November 1, MHN Sports reported on October 27.

The two-day Seoul run is billed as the singer’s first solo concert since his discharge. According to the MHN report, the show, titled “Blank” after the Korean word “yeobaek,” will bring together the musical range Kim has built across his solo career, with a band session supporting a live performance built around his vocals.

The setlist will draw on his recently released single album “Love, From Here” alongside songs from across his solo catalog, the report said. MHN described the staging as a full live-band show, with Kim using the breadth of his vocal range to carry the more delicate, emotional moments of the set.

Kim first rose to prominence through Mnet’s “Produce 101” Season 2 and debuted as a member of Wanna One in 2017, before launching his solo career in 2019. He returned to music after his military service with the self-written digital single “I’ll Be There,” and followed it with the single album “Love, From Here,” released on October 7, for which he took part in writing and composing the songs.

The Seoul concerts have already drawn strong demand. Allkpop reported in September that both Seoul shows sold out after ticket sales opened, and that Kim subsequently added a Taipei date, extending the concert beyond Korea with a November 29 show at Legacy TERA.

The MHN report did not carry a new statement from Kim’s agency about the Seoul shows. With the opening night now days away, the Blue Square run stands as the centerpiece of his return to live performance, pairing new material from “Love, From Here” with the solo songs that have defined his post-Wanna One career.
