So Yi-hyun Says Kim Seung-soo Looks Too Comfortable Being Single on 'My Little Old Boy' cover

So Yi-hyun has some honest thoughts about her longtime friend Kim Seung-soo’s single life — and she shared them on national television.

The actress appeared as a special guest MC on the October 11 broadcast of SBS’s “My Little Old Boy.” Host Seo Jang-hoon brought up how So Yi-hyun has often praised Kim Seung-soo, her co-star in dramas such as “Cheongdam-dong Alice.”

“Seung-soo oppa is so good to his juniors and seniors, always treating everyone to meals and drinks — he’s truly a perfect and cool guy,” So Yi-hyun said. But she didn’t stop there: “What’s most regrettable is that he really seems to have no intention of getting married. He looks too comfortable alone. He’s such a charming man that he could meet someone anytime if he set his mind to it — it’s a pity.”

Kim Seung-soo’s mother, sitting in the studio, wore a regretful expression that sent everyone into laughter. No official statement from Kim Seung-soo’s side was available.

So Yi-hyun, who is married to actor In Gyo-jin and has two daughters aged 12 and 10, also opened up about her own family life. She joked that her eldest daughter is entering puberty, quoting fellow actor Cha Tae-hyun’s parenting advice to “think of your child as someone else’s kid visiting your house for a while.”

She even confessed she wants a third child — but her husband is firmly against it, saying life finally got easier now that the kids are grown. Kim Seung-soo’s mother chimed in with her blessing, saying she hopes So Yi-hyun has a son this time.
