T.O.P has stayed quiet where his longest-standing fans wanted answers — and loud where he wants ticket sales.
According to Sports Seoul, on October 9 the former BIGBANG member posted ticket information for “T.O.P PRE-STUDIO 2026 in BANGKOK,” set for October 24. The same day, his personal fan page CHOIDOT (최승현닷컴) announced it was shutting down after nearly 20 years of operation since August 24, 2006 — alongside pointed criticism of the star and his agency.
The closure notice accused T.O.P and his agency, Topspot Pictures, of dodging responsibility and taking fans’ devotion for granted: albums billed as being “for the fans” came with too few stages and too little communication, while practical promotion work fell on volunteers. With no official inquiry channel, CHOIDOT said it had become the de facto liaison between the company and fans.
In its farewell statement, the fan page wrote that fans’ love and support should not be treated as something to use when convenient and ignore when not. It pushed back on the idea that the closure was simply anger over his dating life: some fans had known about the relationship since before a YouTube shoot, it said, but kept quiet out of respect for his privacy.
T.O.P confirmed his relationship with Nana on October 2; the two met during a music video shoot and became a couple in June. Whether he will address the fan page’s claims remains unclear — for now, the only message on his feed is the Bangkok show.
