WOODZ closed his eight-month Archive. 1 world tour with two sold-out encore concerts at Seoul’s KSPO Dome on October 31 and November 1, marking his first solo shows at the venue 12 years after his debut.
OSEN reported on November 2 that the shows, titled ‘2026 WOODZ WORLD TOUR Archive. 1 : Completed,’ closed a tour that began in March at Inspire Arena in Incheon and crossed Asia, Europe, Oceania, North America and South America. Sports Kyunghyang reported both KSPO Dome nights sold out.
The shows opened with ‘Come into my world!,’ released on October 20 and co-written by WOODZ to raise audience immersion, followed by ‘Dirt on my leather,’ ‘Ready to fight,’ ‘Bloodline’ and ‘Downtown’ in a rock-leaning run. Parts of the earlier staging were reworked.
The encore added new material and a surprise guest. WOODZ performed the unreleased ‘Bright Light Flicker’ with a flash-light staging, and rapper Raf Sandou appeared during ‘PAJAMA,’ his Show Me The Money 12 featured track. A new ‘JAZZ BRIDGE’ section, inspired by jazz bars he visited after tour dates, brought a brass trio on stage, while ‘HAPPY BAR’ recreated that mood in the arena, including ‘Waikiki’ performed from a bar counter.
Older songs were reworked: ‘I’ll Never Love Again’ gained choir and orchestral backing, while ‘Drowning’ was rearranged for strings and drew a full-venue singalong. The encore featured ‘To My January’ and ‘Better and better,’ before ‘Journey’ closed the night as confetti printed with WOODZ’s handwritten message fell over the audience.
Explaining the title, WOODZ said ‘Completed’ meant closing everything from the full-length album through the world tour, and thanked fans for helping him reach KSPO Dome. He called the ‘Drowning’ singalong the largest and most beautiful of the tour, and said he wanted to keep becoming a better person because of his fans.
The finale caps a year built around ‘Archive. 1,’ his first full-length album, released in March. WOODZ, real name Cho Seung-youn, debuted in 2014 with UNIQ and later promoted with X1 before building a solo career. His 2023 song ‘Drowning’ found a second life during his military service in 2024, when an Immortal Songs performance helped push it up the charts; OSEN noted the related video has passed 35.9 million views.
WOODZ did not announce a next project at the Seoul shows, telling fans he hoped they would stay healthy and happy.
