ZE:A's Kim Dong-jun Launches YouTube Food-Travel Channel 'Kodongyeojido' with Japanese Chef Koji cover

Kim Dong-jun is heading to YouTube with a food-travel project. The ZE:A member and actor has joined forces with Japanese chef Nakamura Koji to open a brand-new channel, “Kodongyeojido.”

According to Ten Asia, the channel name is a playful blend: “Ko” from Koji, “Dong” from Dong-jun, and “yeojido” from Daedongyeojido, the famous Korean historical atlas.

The format centers on local mutual-prosperity content. The pair will travel across Korea together, digging up seasonal ingredients and regional dishes, cooking on location, and using food to promote and support areas that need a helping hand.

A teaser released ahead of launch shows the two chatting before their first trip together. “I’m excited about what will happen traveling with the chef and what dishes I’ll get to eat,” Kim said.

Kim, 34, debuted in 2010 with the group ZE:A before building an acting career. He recently appeared in ENA’s drama “New Recruit 4: Sabotage” and is set to hold the “2026 Goldmoon Concert in Tokyo ” in Shibuya on November 6. A singer comeback and his next acting project are both planned for the second half of the year.

Koji currently runs a high-end omakase restaurant in Korea and shares cooking content on his own channel, “Koji TV [The Mutual Prosperity].” New episodes of “Kodongyeojido” will be released through the duo’s official YouTube channel.
