ATEEZ member Jongho will make his debut as an awards ceremony host in Paris, leading the first day of D Awards 2027 in Paris on January 15, 2027, in Paris. He will also present a solo stage he prepared himself, appearing that night as both a singer and a host.
AtStyle reported the appointment on November 5, describing it as Jongho’s first time hosting an awards ceremony since his debut. The report frames the Paris appearance as a double duty: guiding the opening day while also stepping onstage for his own performance. The AtStyle report carried no direct quotation from Jongho.
The same report announced the ceremony’s fifth lineup. WayV members Ten and Xiaojun will join the Paris show, alongside xikers. Their additions broaden a bill that, according to the report, already includes TWICE’s Jihyo, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, P1Harmony, Choi Ye-na, and KiiiKiii.
For WayV, Paris will mark a return to a five-member full-group stage, their first since the August release of their eighth mini album, “Vision Wings.” Ten and Xiaojun are also preparing solo performances. WayV began their third concert tour, “Born This Way,” in September at KBS Arena in Seoul, and have sold out two consecutive years at the Mercedes-Benz Arena in Shanghai.
xikers are also set for Paris while promoting new music. The group released its eighth mini album, “ROUTE ZERO : The CALLING,” on the 2nd. Its title track, “DIENAMITE,” was produced by leader Minjae, the first time his work has been selected as the group’s title track. Minjae took part in the lyrics, composition, and arrangement, while Sumin and Yechan also wrote lyrics.
The timing puts Jongho’s hosting debut close to a busy period for ATEEZ. The group recently placed its pre-release song “Drip” at No. 190 on the U.S. Billboard Global 200 chart, which the report describes as the team’s first entry on that chart in its first week of release. ATEEZ is also set to release its 15th mini album, “GOLDEN HOUR : Part.6,” with the title track “UP,” on the 13th.
Taken together, the Paris booking gives Jongho a new kind of spotlight at a major ceremony: not only as ATEEZ’s vocalist, but as the host guiding the first night.
