Code Kunst Reveals 3-Year Bulk-Up Journey from 60kg to 72kg on JTBC's 'Please Take Care of My Refrigerator' cover

Music producer Code Kunst has undergone a dramatic transformation over the past three years, growing from 60 kilograms to 72 kilograms.

According to Money Today, the 176cm-tall AOMG producer revealed his bulk-up journey on episode 93 of JTBC’s ‘Please Take Care Of My Refrigerator,’ which aired October 18.

Once famous as a ‘small eater’ in the entertainment world, Code Kunst said his appetite has changed. ‘These days I eat quite a bit. I’ve been eating normally for about a year now,’ he said. ‘This might be good news for the chefs — I definitely eat meat now.’

He explained that he used to rely on eggs and chicken for protein, but now eats beef and pork daily, consuming about half a pack of meat every day. ‘Right now I’m 176cm and between 71 and 72kg. I gained it systematically over three years — three years ago I was 60kg,’ he said.

MC Kim Sung-joo joked that Code Kunst now rivals Joo Woo-jae as the entertainment world’s top small eater, while former football star Ahn Jung-hwan recalled that when Code Kunst first came to play soccer, he was so skinny ‘I thought he was a pen.’

Code Kunst blamed his skinny frame on his lifestyle as a music producer. ‘When you make music, you can’t help but lose weight,’ he explained. ‘My day and night are flipped, and when I get absorbed in late-night sessions, I end up just drinking.’ He added that he plans to bulk up to 75kg.
