Kim Young Kwang and Chae Soo Bin’s new Netflix romantic comedy ‘Charge Me Up’ has stormed the global charts, landing at No. 3 on the Netflix Global TOP 10 Non-English Shows list just three days after its release.

According to a report from Herald Muse citing Netflix’s TOP 10 website, the series racked up 3,000,000 views between its October 9 premiere and October 12. Netflix counts views as total watch hours divided by the title’s total runtime.

Beyond the global ranking, ‘Charge Me Up’ cracked the daily TOP 10 in 44 countries, including South Korea, Brazil, Singapore, India, Türkiye, Chile, and the Philippines, the report said.

‘Charge Me Up’ is a romantic comedy about a man whose artificial heart battery is running low and a woman who has electric powers — a “charging” romance built on their spark. The series is currently streaming on Netflix.

With a top-three global debut, the drama is off to one of the strongest starts of any Korean series this month.
