Former X1 and BAE173 member Lee Han-gyul is going solo. The singer dropped the first music video teaser for “BUNZI,” the title track of his debut mini album “NOISE,” ahead of its release on October 14.
According to Star News, the teaser — released on October 12 — leans into a dark, gritty aesthetic. It cuts between relaxed shots of Lee in a shadowy space and high-energy group choreography, promising an explosive performance that plays to his strengths as a dancer.
“BUNZI” is described as a Latin pop track built on a heavy bass line. The title, which means “to dive in,” reflects the song’s message of expressing oneself without hesitation. Lee’s team says the teaser was designed to show off his musical color and performance range in one burst.
The second teaser for “BUNZI” arrives October 12 at 6 p.m., giving fans one more look before launch day. Lee previously shared behind-the-scenes clips of his choreography practice and recording sessions, which drew strong reactions from fans waiting on his solo bow.
No official statement beyond the announcement was available.
Lee will hold a media showcase at 4 p.m. on October 14, with “NOISE” dropping on music platforms at 6 p.m. the same day.
