T-ARA’s Ham Eunjung opened up about her love story with film director Kim Byung-woo on the October 14 episode of MBC’s “Radio Star,” revealing that their first meeting happened almost by accident.
According to Korean outlet Herald Muse, Ham explained that she first met her future husband while out with an acquaintance she regularly sees. She ended up joining a table of film industry people — and Kim Byung-woo was sitting there.
She described the moment in vivid terms, telling the hosts, “It felt like my cells were moving.”
Ham also admitted that her wedding day itself is mostly a blur. She prepared for the ceremony while in the middle of filming a drama, and to make things harder, she injured her leg shortly before the wedding. She had to wear a knee brace and pick comfortable shoes for the big day.
The episode, a self-care-themed special also featuring Park Joon-geum, Kim Young-chul, and Kang Kyun-sung, airs tonight (October 14) at 10:30 PM KST.
