TWICE's Nayeon Confirmed to Gear up for Solo Comeback in Late November cover

TWICE’s Nayeon is officially gearing up for a solo comeback, with her new album tentatively set for release in the third week of November. Her agency JYP Entertainment confirmed the plan on October 21, putting an end to speculation that had been building among fans.

The news first broke on October 21, when The Korea Herald reported that Nayeon was preparing to release a new solo album in late November, with the third week of the month named as her tentative target. The report, carried by Soompi, prompted a quick response from JYP Entertainment the same day.

Responding to the report, the agency confirmed, “Nayeon is preparing for a solo comeback with that period as her target.” The careful wording stops short of locking in a date, leaving room for schedule adjustments as the target window approaches.

If the comeback lands on schedule, it will mark Nayeon’s first solo album in approximately two years and five months, following the release of her second mini album “NA” in June 2024. The long gap has kept solo comeback requests at the top of her fans’ wish lists for much of this year.

No official statement was available about the album’s format or concept. With the tentative target only about a month away, more details including teaser schedules are expected to surface in the coming weeks.
