Watch: Jang Young-ran Declares 'Second Marriage' in Wedding Dress for Chongqing Motorcycle Shoot, Gets Stopped by Police cover

Broadcaster Jang Young-ran took her marriage vows all over again in Chongqing, China — donning a wedding dress for a motorcycle shoot that ended with police crashing the scene.

A video uploaded October 14 to her YouTube channel “A Class Jang Young-ran” shows the TV personality recreating a famous romance scene from the Hong Kong film 천장지구 (Fallen Angels), in which a woman in a wedding dress clings to the back of a speeding motorcycle.

Jang went all in for the homage, wearing a mini wedding dress and a tiara she had packed all the way from Korea. She joked that overseas, she’s no one’s wife: “In Korea, I’m his wife, but once I’m abroad, I’m not. I’m a maiden,” playfully declaring her little “deviation” from her husband Han Chang.

According to the MK Sports report, the fun hit a snag when police appeared mid-filming, turning the romantic shoot into an unexpected encounter with local authorities.

Jang, who is married to oriental medicine doctor Han Chang, has built a second career as a YouTuber, filming travel and lifestyle content for her channel.

The Chongqing video is the latest in her travel-filming series. No further details about the police encounter were available in the report.
