xikers Return with Eighth Mini Album 'ROUTE ZERO : the CALLING' and Title Track 'DIENAMITE' cover

xikers are back with their eighth mini album, “ROUTE ZERO : The CALLING,” which is set to be released at 6 p.m. KST on November 2 through major online music sites, led by the title track “DIENAMITE.”

The 10-member group held a media showcase for the release at Myeonghwa Live Hall in Yeongdeungpo-gu, Seoul, on November 2. Speaking on behalf of the members, leader Minjae said the group was returning with an album carrying a new journey after five months.

“We tried to put the roots of music into this album,” Minjae said at the showcase, as reported by NewsEn. “We plan to show xikers’ own rough and even bolder energy. Please give lots of attention to this promotion, which will unfold even more intensely.”

The album contains six tracks in total: the title track “DIENAMITE,” followed by “Go,” “Mask off,” “One,” “DUMB,” and “Sanctuary.” According to KQ Entertainment, “DIENAMITE” portrays xikers stepping beyond an established order and onto a new path, capturing the moment when a growing desire reaches a precarious point just before it explodes.

The title track also marks a first for the group: it is the first time a song directly produced by Minjae has been chosen as a xikers title track. Minjae took part in writing, composing, and arranging “DIENAMITE,” while members also contributed lyrics across the album.

The comeback follows a tightly staged teaser rollout. KQ Entertainment released a comeback trailer, the tracklist, an album preview, and three sets of concept posters between October 28 and 30, built around a digging theme that links searching for the roots of music to excavating the ground. Two music video teasers followed on October 31 and November 1: the first showed the members discovering Hunter tied up in a room covered with missing-person posters, while the second showed them digging up a rock guitar.

xikers, a 10-member boy group under KQ Entertainment made up of Minjae, Junmin, Soomin, Jinseok, Hyunwoo, Jeonghoon, Se-eun, Yujun, Hunter, and Yechan, are returning on one of November’s busiest release days, with TWS and TREASURE also putting out new music on November 2.

With the album out on the evening of November 2, xikers will now kick off promotional activities for “DIENAMITE,” with the title track’s performance and music video set to carry the comeback’s central message of breaking away from a set path.
