Singer KCM finally held his wedding ceremony with his wife Bang Yewon, more than 15 years after the couple first got together.
According to MyDaily, the ceremony — held on October 4 — was aired on the October 14 episode of KBS 2TV’s “The Return of Superman,” giving fans a first look at the long-awaited celebration.
The wedding drew a crowd of entertainment industry colleagues. Yoo Jae-suk served as the officiant, while congratulatory songs were performed by Kim Bum-soo, Kim Tae-woo, Lee Young-hyun, JeA, and Team. Guests included Rain, Koyote’s Kim Jong-min and Shinji, Simon D, Yoo Se-yoon, and Yoo Oh-sung.
The couple’s three children had starring roles in the ceremony. Eldest daughter Sooyeon played the piano as her parents walked in, while second daughter Seoyeon and youngest son Haon served as the flower girl and flower boy. “Congratulations on today’s wedding, mom and dad. I’m happy to have been born as your daughter. I love you,” Sooyeon said.
In his wedding vow, KCM told his wife: “We’ve been together for more than 15 years now… I’m so thankful you walked with me, even if a bit late. Let’s grow old together like this. I’ll do my best for the rest of my life. I love you.” He then performed MSG Wannabe’s “Confess to You Now” for her.
The couple welcomed their first daughter in 2012 and registered their marriage in 2021, followed by a second daughter in 2022 and a son in 2025. KCM only revealed his family’s existence last year, explaining that he had kept them private out of fear that debt from a failed business could affect them.
