MBC Every1 and E Channel’s dating reality show “DolsingN Mosol” will return for a second season on November 3 at 10 p.m., roughly five months after its first season, Ten Asia reported on Monday.
Season 1 premiered in April and struggled throughout its run, posting ratings in the 0 percent range across every episode, according to the report.
The show’s format pairs women who have been through divorce with men who have never been in a relationship, placing them under one roof to search for new love. Season 2 carries the full title “Love Dormitory School 2: DolsingN Mosol.”
A newly released trailer previews a more daring season. The male cast members appear nervous about approaching the women, with one participant confessing, “I don’t know. I don’t know what to do,” and another admitting he does not know how to take the lead.
The women, meanwhile, voice their hopes for new romance. “I want to be loved, and I want to date,” one says, while another adds, “I still believe love exists.”
The trailer also teases bolder romantic moments, including a man proposing “let’s walk hand in hand,” couples holding hands on a nighttime walk, and one woman declaring, “My heart feels like it’s going to burst.”
With the premiere just around the corner, attention is on whether the new season can turn around the show’s ratings fortunes. No official statement was available beyond the broadcast schedule.
