Sung Si-kyung and Moon Ga-young will host the 41st Golden Disc Awards together, marking their third consecutive year as the ceremony’s MC duo.
The organizer and host of the awards, HLL, announced the pairing on October 20, as reported by MHN Sports.
The 41st edition will take place over two days, January 9 and 10, 2027, on an outdoor special stage at the Vietnam Exposition Center (VEC) in Hanoi, Vietnam.
In its announcement, HLL said the pair “will serve as the MCs for the 41st Golden Disc Awards,” to be held at the VEC in Hanoi on January 9 and 10, 2027.
The duo first teamed up at the 39th ceremony, hosting alongside Cha Eun-woo in a three-MC format. With Cha currently serving his mandatory military service, the show switched to a two-MC format for the 40th edition — a setup that continues for the 41st.
It will be Sung Si-kyung’s 11th year hosting the Golden Disc Awards. The singer is a former Golden Disc Rookie Award and Bonsang winner, long known for steady hosting and deep musical knowledge. Moon Ga-young won Best Actress in film at the 62nd Baeksang Arts Awards in May for “If We…,” which was released last December.
Trip.com Group, operator of Trip.com, and MAISEAT, a new brand from Chinese ticketing platform Damai Entertainment, are partnering on the Hanoi event. The performer lineup for the two-day ceremony is expected to be announced in the coming months.
