SEVENTEEN's Jeonghan and Joshua to Release Debut Unit Mini Album 'Dreamscape' with Title Track 'Twelve O'Clock' cover

SEVENTEEN’s Jeonghan and Joshua will release their first official unit mini album, ‘Dreamscape,’ on October 19 at 6 p.m. KST, Ilgan Sports reported, marking 11 years since their debut with the group’s first unit release from its vocal team.

The mini album tells the two members’ stories across the boundary between dreams and reality, built around the fantasies that surface in sleep and the dreams they hope to fulfill in real life. Both members are known in SEVENTEEN’s vocal team for their soft tones and delicate emotional delivery, and the unit album promises sides of their music not yet shown.

Title track ‘Twelve O’Clock’ follows a narrator chasing a figure from a dream between noon and midnight. It is a dance rock number that reinterprets 1970s and 1980s disco and funk in a modern key, with longtime SEVENTEEN collaborator and producer Bumzu taking part in writing and composing.

The track sampler previewed a wide genre spread across the album’s seven tracks: the house-based ‘Like You,’ the electric piano-led ‘Outside,’ the R&B soul of ‘One Plus One,’ and the rough guitar-driven ‘No Looking Back.’ Each member also contributes a self-penned solo song: Joshua wrote the lyrics for ‘Not Personal,’ built on rock and punk rhythms with an intense atmosphere, while Jeonghan wrote ‘Coloring,’ showcasing a dreamy tone. The trailer leaned into the album’s central motif, looping the 12 o’clock of day and night with distorted everyday scenes.

The debut extends to the stage: solo concerts at Incheon’s Inspire Arena from October 30 to November 1, then six cities including Saitama, Macau, Taipei, Busan and Hong Kong through next February.
